Peer-to-peer support is integral to the KESCAB project, as interactive learning and sharing knowledge and experiences are equally crucial in Education and training. This support is fostered by key features like:

• Creation of groups, including joining of groups policy (only by invite and request) by approval of the group moderator.
• Group chat where people can start conversations and engage others.
• Forum tool with a moderator function.
• Direct message, which allows members to text each other individually.
• Alum Space: brings together “graduates” who have completed specific courses like the TAFISA Certified Leadership Course.
